Returns Policy and ProcedureSundance Solar has continually sold quality solar goods for the past ten years. We stand by all of our products and do our best to completely satisfy all of our costumers needs and wants.
If you are dissastisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it or exchange it within 30 days of receiving it. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please call or email us for a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending the product back to Sundance Solar. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Items Damaged in ShipmentYou must notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged shipment or defective product. We will have the damaged item picked up, and send a replacement as soon as possible. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs.
Warranty PolicyMost of our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If your product is not working correctly please refer to the enclosed warranty information and contact the manufacturer for technical assistance and warranty repairs.
Returns Procedure

All returns are subject to our inspection upon receipt.
Please include any and all paperwork that you received with the order.
A Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) is necessary for any return
All products must be returned in new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will apply for missing accessories or parts.
We will not accept items that have been damaged or misused.

Exception: Solar panels that are not defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee and will only be accepted for return at our discretion. Solar panels are in high demand and we cannot "lend" solar panels for school projects, testing etc. and accept them for return. Thanks for your understanding.
Unauthorized Returns
If a shipment is refused, returned to us because of a bad shipping addresss, or a customer was not present for a package delivery, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Refunds
Please allow 14 business days upon our receipt for all returns, exchanges and refunds to be entirely processed.
Exchanges
Please contact us if you would like to exchange a product within 30 days of purchase. Items returned for an exchange must be in original packaging and include all original documents. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges.
