LEDs for Solar-Powered Projects
Tip: The voltage of the solar panel you use should be equal or greater than the voltage required to run the LED. So for example, you'll need at least a 1.5V solar panel to run a 1.5V LED - or, you could connect three 0.5V solar panels in series to get 1.5V.
We also carry mini incandescent bulbs that operate at 1.5V but need more current (300-500 mA).
