Shipping information:
Sundance Solar ships orders Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays). Please see the bottom of this page for our holiday schedule.
All orders for items that we have in stock will be shipped within 24-48 hours. We do not charge credit cards for backordered items until we have the order ready to ship.
All of our shipping options are now calculated automatically in your shopping cart based on your address.

US Postal Service (USPS):
USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 days. For orders over 13 ounces. US zip codes only. Delivery confirmation tracking number. Orders over a few lbs. may be less expensive via UPS Ground, compare pricing.
International Orders - Outside the US:
USPS Global Express Mail (EMS) - For international shipments, generally 3-5 days. Includes tracking number and insurance. Estimated shipment time does not include customs processing and local delivery time.
USPS Air Mail Letter Post - For international shipments less than 4 lbs.(less than $50) to Canada, UK and Italy only, generally 4-7 days. No tracking or insurance.
FedEx International Economy - International delivery w/in 3-5 bus days
FedEx International Priority - International delivery in 1-2 bus days
Important! If you need any expedited or Next Day shipping we suggest you contact us by phone at 603-225-2020 to confirm product availability.
RUSH ORDERS:
We recommend that you contact us via telephone if you absolutely need your order to arrive by a certain date.
ORDER TRACKING:
When your order has been filled and shipped you will receive a tracking number for your package. Please make sure to check your spam filters if you do not receive a tracking number.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Orders within the US may be paid by credit card, money order, personal check, paypal or wire transfer.
Credit Card:
Sundance Solar accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
We will require your credit card number, expiration date, your name as it appears on the card, and the correct billing address for the card.
-If any parts of these requirements do not match up in our system you may be sent an email asking for you to verify your credit card information.
-If you do not respond to this e-mail and we are unable to reach you by phone, your order will be cancelled 10 days from when the e-mail was sent.
Money Order/Personal Check:
In order to pay using a money order or a personal check
1. Put your desired items and quantity in your shopping cart.
