Damaged or Lost Packages

Items Damaged in Shipment

You must notify us within 48 hours of recieving a damaged shipment. We will have the damaged item picked up, and send a replacement. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs.

Lost Packages

Please report all lost packages within 24 to 48 hours from the time your package is reported delivered from package carrier.

Sundance Solar is not responsible for International packages damaged or lost.
