Tips
The 10 Watt solar panel will charge the battery in the Xantrex 400 powerpack at the rate of 0.6 amps (600mA). The battery holds 20 amp-hours of energy.
Another way to look at the battery capacity is in Watt-hours. The battery holds about 240 Watt-hours of energy. If you used a 12V,11 Watt compact fluorescent bulb, you would get about 21 hours of light.
If you had 5 hours of sun on the solar panel per day, you would add 50 Watt-hours to your battery. This would light the LED bulb all day, for 24 hours.
